Account/HLISB Current or Savings Account-i (“CASA/CASA-i”) and have registered for Hong Leong Connect Online Banking and Hong Leong Connect Mobile Banking (“Hong Leong Connect”) prior to or during the Promotion Period (“Customers”). The Customers are eligible to open and operate an Online Fixed Deposit/Online Fixed Deposit-i (“eFD/eFD-i”) account (“eFD/eFD-i Account”) via their Hong Leong.
- For new placement into your existing Fixed Deposit Account, you may submit your request using our Online Deposit Instruction Form
- Upon receipt of the Online Deposit Instruction Form, our officer will be in touch with you to confirm the instruction
- Complete the funds transfer via PayNow
- For renewal of Fixed Deposit with Principal plus Interest only, you may submit your request using our Online Renewal Instruction Form
- For renewal of Fixed Deposit with interest payment, download and complete the Deposit Instruction Form
- Mail the Instruction Form together with the original Fixed Deposit Receipt to our Head Office at 16 Raffles Quay #01-05 Hong Leong Building Singapore 048581 for our processing
- Alternatively, you may attach the completed Deposit Instruction Form and email to Deposits@hlf.com.sg
- Upon receipt of the documents, our officer will be in touch with you to confirm the instruction
- For full or partial withdrawal of Fixed Deposit, download and complete the Deposit Instruction Form
- Mail the Instruction Form together with the original Fixed Deposit Receipt to our Head Office at 16 Raffles Quay #01-05 Hong Leong Building Singapore 048581 for our processing
- Upon receipt of the documents, our officer will be in touch with you to confirm the instruction
Savings Account Deposits and Withdrawal

- You may transfer funds from other banks into Hong Leong Finance Savings Accounts via PayNow
- A copy of the Deposit Slip will be mailed to you upon crediting of your Savings Account
- Savings Account Withdrawal
- Download and complete the Savings Account Withdrawal Instruction Form
- Mail the Instruction Form to our Head Office at 16 Raffles Quay #01-05 Hong Leong Building Singapore 048581 for our processing
- Alternatively, you may attach the completed Savings Account Withdrawal Instruction Form and email to Deposits@hlf.com.sg
- The Savings Passbook or Savers Plus Card is not required for the withdrawal transaction
- Upon receipt of the Instruction Form, our officer will be in touch with you for verification and confirmation
